Nicki is a Centerfold

I feel a little bad because I haven't updated Nighly Nicki all summer. Ok, now I'm over feeling bad. But in that nanosecond when I was still feeling bad, I decided to post not one, but two photos of Nicki.

I took this photo on Friday afternoon, when I came down with a life threatening cold and as I lay in bed, watching "General Hospital" as needed, Nicki stretched out next to me and basked in sun.

I strongly suspect that she has healing powers. She just chooses not to waste them on me.

This is one of my favorite parts of Nicki:

Her back paws. I like them better than her front paws because she doesn't scratch me with them and also because they look like rabbit feet, so I'm sure that they bring me good luck. And also I like the little tufts of hair that she has between her toes.

I'm feeling all warm and fuzzy now. I'm not sure that's the normal response to a centerfold, but maybe I'm just special that way. Or Nicki is.

I love kitteh paws, too. Attached to the kitteh, of course. And you're quite right that they have healing powers, I have no doubt. My cat Alissa (whose cat mother was born in Russia, btw, thought you'd like that) will come do that kneading thing they do on exactly the spot where my muscles are sore -- they're sort of freaky like that.

I have to say my boy Dexter has a similiar pose as Nicki... I call it his pornstar pose!

FYI... Nicki doesn't look fat to me!

Trix--the pose is very slimming. Which is why so many women assume it.

You need to get a recipe from Vodka Mom from her new cookbook. Vodka in your food....it will make you feel better. Have a White Russian. All that vodka and caffeine will make you feel like a million.

So how is Niki's diet going?

Classy pose. Do I see a 12-month Nicki calendar in near future?

I've already shown you my slutty cat pictures...hehe.
I have to agree with you, kitty paws are wonderful. I joke that when my Cheech dies I want his paws made into key-chains like lucky rabbits' feet. I'm only half joking :P

I'm more impressed with the fact that, even though you're dying with The Cold in bed you have a camera on hand to capture the moment. True pro or genuine centrefold...?

Can you market those centerfold pictures of her? You know, kitty porn or something?

There could be money in it for you as her manager.

First it's kittehs all the time and then it's knitting. Watch out friend, you are on a slippery slope right now.

I realize that cats sometimes appear to be less connected to their owners than their counter part dogs. But over the last 13 years my kitty has provided my with a love and dedication I would challenge and dog owner with. Last week my kitty was diagnosed with terminal cancer. The vet said she probable had one or two months. I spent the weekend with her and realized that she relied on me to make the right decision for her now. On Monday we said our good-bys. At the vet’s office, as my kitty closed her eyes for the last time, I think she actually knew it was going to be ok and she left me with a feeling that I earned her trust to make the right decisions for her. Love your kitty every day, for someday you will need to make the last right decision for her.
