Marinka, I'd love more than anything to read your guest post, but that site is causing me some major malfunctions. I can get the page, but I can't scroll down and it's frozen my computer the two times that I've tried.

Hey, thanks for the comment on my blog. I'm thinking my daughter's practical fashion sense could result in a whole line of marketable and edible accessories. Maybe we'll be on our way to the big city after all? ;)

Great post, Marinka! I'm relieved to hear it's not really like that in NYC, as I had always assumed all women wore bus-splashed size 0 tutus.
I don't know what the etiquette is on where to leave my comment...but that was worth the field trip. Can your next column be about whether NYC is like they show on Sesame Street?
