My Vagina, My Saks Fifth Avenue Window

Every woman who has ever been on the verge of giving birth has wondered, "how will a human being pass through my vagina?" And so this week I looked at the Saks Fifth Avenue window display and wondered, "how did they get that Mercedes in there?"

No one understands how it happens, but yet, there it is. Because a Mercedes getting into the Saks window is a beautiful miracle. With state of the art engineering. Like a vagina.

Keep those pics coming!

I've wondered similar things. When they have a car in the mall, I always figure they just drove it in there, but then I think of all the stuff they have to move and my head starts to hurt. It's like thinking about outer space.

Wow, I thought I was the only one who wondered such things, and made such analogies! Vaginas are everywhere, if you only care to look.

Those crazy Germans! They think of everything!

That's really a good analogy. If you ever find out how they got that vehicle in the window, do share.

As long as I don't have to pass a Mercedes out my vagina, then yes it is a beautiful miracle.

Well, I guess it's like a vagina...except for the potential for an episiotomy.

I think you just wrote the next Mercedes commercial. Forget German engineering--it's all about the vaginal engineering.

A miraculous feat, to be sure, but why's that pale lady wearing a cow?

I could tell you how that Mercedes got in there, but then I'd have to show you my vagina and I don't think we know each other well enough for that yet.

I mentioned vaginas in my post today also. We are really on the same private parts wave length.

I kind of think you're the only person I know who could have come up with quite that comparison!

Thanks for the support, guys, and for not calling the looney bin! A friend of mine (hi, Sue!) said that they probably drove it up a ramp into the window, because taking the car through Saks' revolving doors would be really tough. Good point!

uh-oh. What's that knock on the door? And why are there men in white coats with restraints here?

Excellent analogy. I always wonder about stuff like that and the answer is always simple.

I had two c-sections so I still wonder how a baby can come out of a vagina.

I love this- that is too funny!!! Ah, the beautiful complexity of vaginas and window displays. ;)

Awesome. And so true. I do wonder... About both!

I actually think the vagina engineering could be better. Considering intended function, elasticity is not what it good be.

Laugh out loud analogy. What is up with the cow dress? Is that what they're wearing in Manhattan these days?
